To follow one's bliss
is to be given life.
To drink the water of life
gives one that invisible support.

What is that thing
that gives you life,
that gives you being,
that gives you the spark of the Creator.

The Arts.
The Family.
The Business.
The Nature.

The bliss of mine
is that of poetry.
It is My bliss
that gives me being.

But in the vast expanse
of a timeless place
there is only one
that is called home

Going to that place
that brings security
a place to stay
to eat our daily bread.

In that place,
our imagination is fed
our mind, soul, and spirit grows
and we become, what we become.

The dream that transforms
the old and brings the Vision,
the Vision of the Eagle
from that Great Sky Nation.

The bliss of mine
is that of poetry.
It is My bliss
that gives me being.

Dressed in the armor of God,
Protected by the shield of faith,
Drawing the sword of truth,
I go into the darkened world
to read poetry -- the light of the soul.
