Success

The fundamentals of Success
in whatever you choose to do
is based upon a half dozen
smaller actions.
God has planted into our hearts
beliefs and desires
within this seed are the possibilities
how the plant grows is up to us.
We each walk our own journey
based on our first decision
the hardest step is the first
doubt creeps in
and then, the fear of failure.
But through discipled action
We can build the wealth
and have true happiness
because we'll come to know
we can do anything we put our minds on.
To build our wealth
We need to know its fundamentals
to be debt free, and to know
We live in an abundant universe.
Wealth is based on our actions
and converting those actions into currency.
Wealth is also based on our service
in how we serve our community.
Wealth gives us the freedom
to help our beliefs and desires
grow to become that plant
to serve, to feed the many.
This will make us happy because
We're able to give and receive
and we'll see the beauty
within the harmony of life.
We'll know true happiness
because we'll have the joy
of discovery, of knowing
We can do whatever we decide.
To go beyond what we see
To have success in our plans
To learn from our failures
To live as we want to live.
And not to have our disappointments
take us down the dark pit
of fear, worry, envy, greed
that through disciplined action
We can achieve our goals.
Discipline is the true master key
to wealth, happiness, and success
that from one inspired idea
We build a plan to achieve it.
To see the fulfillment
of how the completed idea manifest
You need a plan
a series of actions done on purpose.
This is the true journey of life heroes take
What we want our life to mean
is the goal and the series of actions
done on purpose.
Goals are easy to think of
but harder to achieve
because we don't like to do
that disciplined action.
The writer needs to write.
The musician needs to do his scales.
The businessman needs to master basics
We all need to master basic concepts
on our chosen path to have success.
Success is the journey and destination
We started with our seed planted by God
Left on our quest to grow the plant
and we'll return with food for many.
Whether we go from fat to healthy,
from spending to investing,
or whatever our quest is
We learn and grow in our wisdom.
From certainty to uncertainty
We take the journey both inner and outer
The courage to leave on this quest
is life's true mystery.
To learn, to grow, to become
within the sea of possibility
anything we choose
is how we become a success in life.
