The world will not end in December 21, 2012. Its just part of a cycle. We, humans, have the chance to make our world a different place. We have the power of decision. Through decision we can create anything and walk down any path. Humanity's purpose is to create. Hopefully we will create beauty.

My view about spirit ( soul ) is that there is only one spirit which has many names. Religion is an illusion. There is only spiritual growth. We take on different paths to understand the bigger picture better.

I was going though some old journals typing them up into the computer in digital format and came across this article that I had to post. A tip for continuity and inspiration from your life: Go through old journals, writings, podcast, songs, books that you have written. Get to know yourself from the perspective of who you are now. Ponder on how you have grown and in what area. We all grow but its not usually where we think we've grown.
This is from February 10, 2011. I had re-written some of it to make it read better as to what I was trying to say in that moment:
Why does it need to cost 7000 dollars for a night in the emergency room? Who can pay for that in this or any economy? The insurance company. I wonder if this is free money for Doctors and Technicians who paid too much for college. The cost trickles down and adds more to the cost the consumer pays. Its not based in actual costs but, in the realness of fantasy, within the imagination where anything is possible. I too, will wait for that 10,000 dollar check for a week of cleaning toilets to pay that or any bill. Beam me up Scotty to that cheesy scifi socialist utopia of 1970's TV, where we can forever live in the illusions we create thinking that we're caring for everyone but, in reality we're not.

Cricket's Song

In the last moments of Summer, Cricket in my home sings her song in remembrance. She knows of my journey and dreams. She reminds me of the music in me, that I should sing my song not only on a warm Summer night but also, in all the seasons of my life. Cricket teaches me that it is my song that makes me unique and, it is my song that makes me one with all life.

We travel on our journey, knowing each for a little time. Passing on the streets of eternity, we meet to work, play, and be together, enjoying the pleasures of form where we learn and create only to pass in between the seconds onto our next moment in form.

As above, so below, as within, so without
Sayings like this are good for people to continue to meditate on. To me this means, as your soul is, you will be, as you grow, so is your soul. As within, so without means to me, how you see yourself; you see your world. If you want to change your world, change yourself within - like in Michael Jackson's song "the man in the mirror". And of course how you change your world and yourself, you align more closer to your soul. Everything is connected.

Here is something that I put up on my twitter page "I find it fascinating that people would put their faith in prophecy instead of in their own two hands." Its not Christ that will make this world a better place, its us Children of God. And only after this happens, then humanity can claim its true heritage.

Ogg Vorbis experiment
New show up on my other podcast. Its an experiment to see how many people will download an open source audio file format. It is also my hope that future mp3 players will play the OGG Vorbis audio format. The quality is good and the artist is awesome. If you don't have any program to play ogg vorbis, check out the VLC media player. VLC player will play any audio and video file. Its a nice and small program that works excellant in my opinion. The program will work on a Mac and a Windows computer.
